Expertise in finance function transformation, including organizational diagnostics, target operating models, and shared service centers
Knowledge of performance management improvement (organization, processes, tools) and optimization of budgeting & forecasting cycles
Proficiency in optimizing transactional finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) using systems and Lean approaches
Experience in defining and deploying group-wide processes, systems, and organizations ("Core Model")
Skills in AMOA for ERP finance projects (SAP, Oracle) and Procure to Pay projects, including agile/V-cycle methodologies: preliminary studies, needs expression, solution selection, functional specifications, deployment strategy, change management, user support
Familiarity with innovative topics like robotics, cognitive technologies (AI, NLG, NLP, machine learning) applied to finance functions
Competence in project management: coordination, risk tracking, budget and resource monitoring, reporting, portfolio optimization
Ability to develop offers and thought leadership on innovative subjects
