The Manager, Customer Success will lead a team of Customer Success Managers to accelerate business value for customers within their territory. This role involves recruiting, coaching, and inspiring the team, managing business performance against key indicators, and accurately forecasting risk, retention, and expansion. The manager will collaborate closely with Sales leadership to drive CS portfolio planning and maximize customer outcomes for world-class retention and expansion rates.
