The Manager, Customer Success will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and guiding customers through their visibility journey. Key responsibilities include developing and managing the team, building relationships with customer executives, serving as an escalation point for client conflicts, and ensuring the advancement of CS Playbooks. The role involves providing coaching and feedback to CSMs, managing account planning and risk mitigation, enabling customer growth strategies with sales and renewals teams, and hiring and developing team members. Additionally, the manager will contribute to a culture of customer success and collaborate with other leaders to exceed customer expectations.
