Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, with experience in consultancy roles. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team are essential, along with solid knowledge of project management principles and the ability to act as a subject matter expert. A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience with digital transformation, process optimization, and data management within the industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Manager Consultancy AEC, you will provide leadership to the team, be responsible for overseeing projects, and occasionally serve as a Principal Consultant. You will motivate the team with a coaching leadership style, acting as a sparring partner with strong industry knowledge, and contributing to the team's innovative capabilities. You will ensure the team maintains and updates its knowledge, guaranteeing a continuous workload and proactively addressing capacity needs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the team's revenue and billable hours, playing a key role in optimizing service offerings in collaboration with Sales and Business Development. You will also be responsible for the successful execution of client projects, ensuring feasibility and budget alignment, and serving as a liaison between partners and industry associations.
