Responsibilities

The Commercial Operations Manager will align revenue-generating teams across the client lifecycle to drive growth and efficiency. This role involves leading the Commercial Operations team to improve sales and marketing effectiveness, owning the sales forecast, sales modeling, compensation plan, territory alignment, and margin analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the Sales and Revenue Operations model, ensuring CRM accuracy, providing strategic recommendations for systems and processes, designing and scaling revenue-generating processes, leading a team of analysts and administrators, overseeing the deal desk function, serving as a subject matter expert for sales planning and forecasting, collaborating with finance on forecasts, leading goal setting strategies, providing guidance on pricing strategies, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams, communicating commercial team metrics, and driving key operational metrics for the sales organization.
