Candidates must have proven experience as a Procore administrator, product owner, or power user within a construction or engineering environment. A strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, compliance, safety, and quality control standards is required, along with experience in business process analysis, project delivery, and change management. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and construction turnover documentation is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Proficiency in Procore or similar construction technologies and experience with GIS, Planview, or pipeline tracking are preferred skills.
The Business Process Professional III will serve as the Product Specialist for Procore, supporting its strategy, configuration, and user needs across engineering and construction teams. Responsibilities include championing Procore module adoption, conducting user training, and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline and automate construction processes like contractor onboarding and closeout. The role also involves supporting integrations with other platforms, optimizing the construction-to-operations turnover process, and ensuring project artifacts are accessible. Additionally, the position will lead or support business process optimization functions, including project management, process mapping, product support, and business intelligence initiatives, by documenting and analyzing processes to identify efficiency improvements and developing recommendations for process and technology enhancements.
