The Manager – Brand & Digital requires experience in developing and leading client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions. The role involves managing budgets, demonstrating creative and strategic thinking, and line management responsibilities. Candidates must be accountable for execution, delivering sustainable results, and setting well-defined objectives. Experience in scoping, converting, and owning project delivery up to $150k+ is necessary, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills to act as a trusted, consultative partner.
The Manager – Brand & Digital will develop and lead client relationships to drive direct hiring, enhance quality of hire, ignite talent performance, and maximize employer brand value. Key responsibilities include delighting internal and external customers to generate new revenue opportunities and delivering Brand and Digital solutions to exceptional standards. This role involves managing income and expenditure, generating innovative ideas, leading and evaluating team members, and owning project delivery from scoping to completion. Daily tasks include leading the delivery of Brand and Digital solutions, delegating project tasks, and managing project invoicing, accounting, and reporting. The position is accountable for high-quality project outputs for complex annual programs, research, brand strategy, creative and design, managed services, and tactical campaigns. It also requires building a high visibility reputation with internal stakeholders to drive ongoing client development opportunities and writing strategic creative briefs.
