The ideal candidate should possess 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within behavioral health, higher education, or a mission-driven B2B organization, and experience supporting campaigns across the entire funnel, including email, social media, webinars, and content. Experience at an advertising agency, particularly with demand generation or webinar execution, is a plus.
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of key marketing initiatives, including demand generation campaigns, content development, customer marketing programs, and Mantra’s webinar strategy, and you will create compelling marketing materials such as case studies and one-pagers. You will also develop targeted campaigns to move university stakeholders through the sales funnel, analyze marketing campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies to maximize engagement and impact, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve overall marketing and business goals.
