Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in CRM or SaaS application configuration, software services delivery, or Life Sciences commercial operations. They must have direct experience in configuring CRM or SaaS applications, providing consulting experience, and ideally have experience with Veeva software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, email, and client-facing presentation skills are required, along with the ability to autonomously deliver professional services in a remote capacity supporting multiple clients.

Responsibilities

As a Managed Services Consultant, you will provide remote professional services to live clients for ongoing application enhancement, operations, and subject matter expertise, working with multiple clients as a shared dedicated resource via phone and web meeting to deliver post-deployment consulting in support of ad hoc requests. You will consult on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements, provide overall application expertise and knowledge, perform Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how-to’s, deliver ad-hoc training to educate customer administration teams, create reports, dashboards, and list views, add/delete/change users, set up security, change territory and role hierarchy, perform alignments, create/maintain sandbox environments, deploy changes, assist with data imports and exports, and support the implementation of new CRM functionality and platform enhancements.
