Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university (or 2-year technical degree with 4+ years of applicable industry experience)
Knowledge and/or industry experience in Power Generation, Chemical Plants, or similar industries
Mechanical experience with rotating equipment found throughout the Power Generation industry or similar industries
Ability to travel regionally up to 80% of the time
Possess a passport (or be able to obtain one) and hold a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Diagnosing machinery problems based on vibration data, operational data, and customer communications
Building relationships with customers to provide a high level of service delivery
Traveling to customer sites to provide supporting service
Writing technical reports providing conclusions and recommendations for customer equipment following each assignment
Defining KPIs to analyze and measure performance and propose improvements and action plans
Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures
Overseeing the preparation of invoices, technical documents, and manufacturing records for orders
