Proven experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in another language is a plus. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving remote environment is also essential.
The Time & Attendance Specialist will manage Time & Attendance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws. They will provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle matters, particularly Time & Attendance, and collaborate with clients and employees to address inquiries. Responsibilities also include gathering feedback to enhance the employee journey, meticulously managing employee data with a focus on security and confidentiality, and supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives. The role involves championing Remote's values and contributing to the team's goals.
