The Consultant will ensure smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform by facilitating discovery sessions, building solution blueprints with Sr. Consultants and Solution Architects, and managing customer expectations. Responsibilities include configuring Legion products according to the solution blueprint, performing unit and end-to-end system testing, and providing configuration knowledge transfers and live customer training. The role involves advocating for customer needs within Legion, assisting with software testing and rollout activities, developing customer relationships, and actively managing expectations. Project management duties include identifying and documenting requirements and processes, improving business processes, preventing scope creep, and taking ownership of configuration tasks. The Consultant will also gain and maintain core product expertise, communicate release themes, recommend best practices for using Legion, and complete ongoing education to develop skills and knowledge.
