A problem-solving mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and strong communication skills with a focus on customer service are also necessary.
The People Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure seamless transitions for employees. This role involves processing employee transactions and data updates within the HRIS, and providing support to employees through an internal ticketing system. Responsibilities also include updating and maintaining internal knowledge bases and SOPs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize people-related workflows and enhance the employee experience.
