Requirements

Candidates should have experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies and exposure across the employee lifecycle. Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance is required, along with the ability to provide HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions. The role requires the ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and provide practical solutions. Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills are essential, as is advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with communication, documentation, and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite is necessary. Experience working in a remote setting and hyper-growth start-up culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Lifecycle Specialist will oversee and resolve end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions, ensuring an exceptional employment experience for clients and their employees. They will manage all modifications to Employment Agreements for both internal and external employees, including the issuance of amendments, documents, letters, and forms as necessary. The specialist will collaborate with and coordinate various internal and external teams.
