Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end user communication channels, including EDM, Push Notifications, and more, across multi-country audiences in the APAC region
  • Test and optimize comms and content strategy to grow user lifecycle value for each country in the region
  • Build and manage automation, dynamic content, and personalized user journeys
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, product, and design teams
  • Oversee list hygiene, growth, and segmentation in line with PDPA/GDPR/CAN-SPAM
