Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in user operations and/or email marketing
  • Experience in AI Software, SaaS, e-commerce, and DTC industries
  • Familiar with email marketing, push notifications, and SMS
  • Skilled in automation, segmentation, and CRM/email integrations
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Understanding of regional privacy laws (PDPA, GDPR, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end user communication channels, including EDM, Push Notifications, and more, across multi-country audiences in the APAC region
  • Test and optimize comms and content strategy to grow user lifecycle value for each country in the region
  • Build and manage automation, dynamic content, and personalized user journeys
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, product, and design teams
  • Oversee list hygiene, growth, and segmentation in line with PDPA/GDPR/CAN-SPAM
