Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product, content, design, and analytics teams to identify gaps and opportunities in the member journey
  • Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps, conducting A/B testing to improve funnel performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze results against key metrics, deliver regular reports, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies
  • Manage and optimize ongoing campaigns, leveraging A/B testing to gain insights into member needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on company goals and create a prioritized roadmap for campaigns
