Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related quantitative or technical field, with 4-6 years of experience in developing lifecycle programs, including segmentation, automation strategy, and digital channel marketing (email, push, SMS, in-app, site). A minimum of 5 years working with an enterprise-grade ESP (e.g., Eloqua, Blueshift, Iterable, Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys) is required, along with proven success in cross-functional collaboration, managing shifting priorities, strong analytical skills for large datasets, critical thinking for creative solutions, and meticulous attention to detail. Ideally, candidates will have 5+ years of A/B testing experience, comfort with quantitative analytics, basic SQL, and familiarity with analytics dashboards like Tableau or Amplitude.

Responsibilities

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution, analytics, and reporting of marketing campaigns for Houzz Pro users across owned channels such as Email, Push Notifications, and SMS. This role involves end-to-end ownership of campaign development and execution, collaborating with product, creative, data science, and engineering teams to drive revenue and engagement. Responsibilities include understanding the user journey and mindset, developing a quarterly roadmap for US Lifecycle efforts, becoming an expert in the marketing automation platform, partnering with teams to define data requirements for personalized campaigns, and driving experimentation with results reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
