Responsibilities

  • Diseñar y automatizar journeys para adquisición de nuevos usuarios, usuarios inactivos y referidos
  • Administrar y optimizar campañas de Email, Push, SMS y WhatsApp desde Customer.io
  • Segmentar audiencias de forma dinámica según comportamiento, país, producto y etapa
  • Configurar, testear y optimizar workflows automatizados
  • Analizar resultados de campañas y proponer mejoras basadas en datos
  • Diseñar flujos de comunicación de recordatorio de pago, vencimiento y cobranza amigable y efectiva
  • Proponer estrategias de contenido, timing y segmentación para maximizar el cumplimiento de pago
  • Medir rendimiento de flujos por canal y etapa
  • Generar reportes de desempeño por país y segmento
  • Usar IA para insights predictivos y recomendar optimizaciones
  • A/B testing constante para mejorar resultados
  • Documentar procesos y mantener actualizado el repositorio de campañas y journeys
