The Legal Analyst will support the Colombian Legal team by ensuring compliance with corporate, data, and consumer protection laws, safeguarding value in commercial and vendor contracts, and partnering with the business to meet legal and regulatory obligations. This role involves leading the review, negotiation, and documentation of partnership agreements with merchants, acting as an effective counterparty to merchant acquisition and success teams, and providing advice on partnership-related issues. The analyst will also support the team with corporate obligations and adapt to evolving team and company needs.
