They will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning content, translating complex topics into digestible experiences. The role involves using various learning tools and platforms, evaluating learner engagement and performance impact, iterating on content based on feedback and data, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
