Requirements

Senior level of experience in Site Management or Project Management
Technical Experience in Offshore Preassembly Projects
Bachelor level in Site and/or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
Lean Certified (or equivalent experience)
Contractual and commercial understanding
Understanding or experience in Project Management
English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
Strong leadership skills
Analytical, solution focused and self driven mindset
Ability to collaborate, influence and engage with Stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Focus on developing and responding to change
Ability to travel (75-100 days)

Responsibilities

Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean workshops to drive continuous improvement
Coach site teams on Lean routines, standard work, and visual management
Integrate Lean planning and technical guidance into project meetings and sales processes
Support Sales with Lean insights for cost-efficient budgeting and risk reviews
Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies in projects
Oversee documentation management and process standardization
Capture and integrate lessons learned into project planning and GWS processes
Drive digitalization initiatives, including hours tracking and time registration
Advocate for Lean adoption and provide feedback to the Centre of Excellence
Use data analytics to improve operational and productivity outcomes
Promote a continuous improvement culture across all GWS sites and teams
