Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience with product/platforms, preferably in transformation, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of customer-centric design, persona experience mapping, and platform transformation within a SAFe Agile environment is essential. Exceptional analytical, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills are required, along with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technical, regulatory, or operational areas with minimal support and lead through uncertainty.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Technology will define and document product experience requirements in partnership with stakeholders, and lead business transformation initiatives for product and platform improvements. They will advocate for the customer, collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps and design solutions, and own the experience strategy for product onboarding and development on FMO technology platforms. Responsibilities also include breaking down solutions into features using SAFe Agile principles, driving alignment across teams, and defining, prioritizing, and managing the team's project backlog.
