Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in product marketing or strategic go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS, ideally across multiple markets or product lines. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive-level visibility and impact is required, along with mastery of messaging and positioning and a track record of delivering compelling narratives that differentiate and drive growth. Experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies, from early validation through to launch and ongoing adoption, coupled with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Marketing Manager will own the global go-to-market strategy for critical product lines and major cross-product initiatives across Australia, UK, and US markets. They will lead strategic positioning and narrative development, identify and validate high-impact opportunities through market sizing, customer research, and competitive analysis, and translate these into business cases that drive roadmap and investment decisions. This role involves partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape product strategy, acting as a strategic bridge between product and go-to-market teams, and driving enablement strategy across sales, CS, and support. The manager will also champion the voice of the customer, mentor and upskill product marketers and cross-functional peers, and operate as a thought leader internally and externally.
