Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and success leading Product Marketing for a high-growth SaaS company, preferably in vertical SaaS. A proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through GTM strategy and execution is essential, along with deep experience partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders. Strength in messaging, positioning, competitive insights, and storytelling is required, as is demonstrated people leadership in managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams. The ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on content creation, is also necessary.
The Director of Product Marketing will lead the function responsible for translating product innovation into compelling stories, successful go-to-market strategies, and measurable business impact. This includes leading, coaching, and developing a team of seven across Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Education. Responsibilities also include owning positioning, messaging, and portfolio storytelling, driving cross-functional product launches, building and operationalizing GTM playbooks, partnering with Product leadership on market validation and roadmap storytelling, and delivering proof-driven stories that highlight customer outcomes and ROI.
