Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Lead Low Voltage Technician, the employee will be responsible for enhancing overall job site productivity, ensuring high-quality work, and potentially leading teams of 3-5 technicians to complete project tasks safely and efficiently. This includes following safe work practices, promoting company Core Values, installing structured cabling systems, reading and interpreting plans, performing system testing and troubleshooting, proactively training technicians, overseeing job site organization, maintaining a professional appearance, and ensuring compliance with customer security requirements.
