Requirements

Candidates should have 1-5 years of related experience in project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business. Experience in IT/OT/IoT, understanding of API integrations, and customer management are required. Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting, Building Automation Systems, Building Information Management, or Enterprise Asset Management systems is a plus. A strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for lifelong learning are essential. The role requires working with clients onsite.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will translate customer data sets into accurate and scalable virtual models, actioning business goals into digital representations. They will build strong customer relationships to showcase Willow features and ensure value realization. The role involves updating and maintaining digital twins to reflect real-time changes in physical assets, deploying connectors to enrich the Willow Application, and enabling new features. Responsibilities also include deploying connectors to the Building Management System to collect, normalize, and translate customer data into actionable insights. The consultant will work closely with customer teams, engineering, and data specialists to ensure data model compatibility with IoT systems and real-world data. They will identify and resolve discrepancies between customer data and physical assets using various data sets and support the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) data into Digital Twin systems.
