Dentist License (Active and in good standing)
Experience in dental practice management (preferred)
Strong leadership and mentorship skills

Ability to build and manage a high-performing clinical team

Responsibilities

Hire and train the clinical team (dentists, hygienists, dental assistants)
Provide clinical mentorship and coaching to all clinical personnel
Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews and create action plans
Lead the onboarding process for new hires
Initiate Quality Assurance Reviews for new hires
Maintain quality outcomes of care for the clinical teams
Review monthly REDOs (Review, Evaluate, Develop, Optimize) with the Studio Manager, analyzing trends
Partner with the Studio Manager to achieve studio performance goals
