Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership and hiring managers, building tailored recruiting strategies that align with hiring goals and business needs
  • Own and lead full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles across multiple business functions
  • Design, implement, and scale recruiting programs, tools, and workflows to support long-term growth and operational efficiency
  • Leverage data to inform hiring strategies, set benchmarks, and communicate recruiting progress with clear and actionable reporting
  • Identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent through direct sourcing, leveraging networks, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
  • Champion a high-quality candidate experience, fostering strong engagement at every stage of the process
  • Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring processes and outcomes
  • Provide mentorship and thought leadership to other recruiters and recruiting coordinators, sharing best practices, developing talent, and helping uplevel the team
  • Elevate recruiting standards and execution across the org by continuously iterating on tools, metrics, and processes
