A Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, finance, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a GTM or Financial data operations function, proficiency with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, and strong SQL skills for data querying and preparation. Excellent data visualization, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Lead Customer Success & Support (CS&S) data initiatives and high-priority analytics programs, driving project delivery by overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems to build reliable reporting foundations, and create dashboards, reporting tools, and frameworks for self-service analytics. Partner with data teams to define and maintain data governance standards, analyze datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, and design scalable systems to support CS&S teams. Serve as the liaison between CS&S and technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable solutions, and provide data-driven analysis for strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling. Implement solutions to improve data accessibility for stakeholders.
