Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in consulting or growth at a consumer startup, thrive in zero-to-one environments, be scrappy and resourceful, possess strong local knowledge of their city, and have a passion for meeting people and building relationships with creators, organizers, and connectors. Data-orientation and comfort with ambiguity are also required, along with the ability to hustle offline and a passion for bringing people together through events.

Responsibilities

The Go-To-Market Manager will be responsible for growth in the assigned market, owning city-level goals and KPIs, identifying and onboarding Organizations and Power Hosts, planning and executing launch activations and local marketing campaigns, sourcing and developing strategic partnerships with influential brands, leveraging data to monitor city performance and optimize conversion strategies, acting as the face of Partiful in their city, providing product feedback, and working cross-functionally with community and marketing teams to localize content and strategy. They will also host and attend parties and be responsible for building community through events.
