  • Accompany key clients in analyzing their organizational environments and relationship to freelancing
  • Convince clients of benefits of Malt's open platform with Europe's leading freelancer community
  • Develop the “Malt Reflex”:
  • Identify new needs in advance for rapid, qualitative responses with expert profiles
  • Conduct regular or ad-hoc meetings and present ongoing deliverables: contractual follow-ups, external analyses and benchmarks, customer experience optimization, sector analyses, freelance feedback sharing
