Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience in real estate media, including both photography and videography. Proficiency in flambient and bracketed photography techniques is required, along with the ability to shoot 4K 60fps video using a gimbal and drone. A modern digital or mirrorless camera with a minimum of 20 megapixels and 4K video capability is necessary, as well as a wide-angle lens and a zoom lens. A current-generation drone capable of 4K video, stabilization tools like a tripod and gimbal, and access to a computer with fast internet are also required. An FAA Part 107 Drone License is mandatory.
