Candidates should possess strong experience in account management or relationship management roles within financial or trading institutions, along with product knowledge from working in exchanges, brokers, or trading firms. They must have experience in a front-facing customer service environment, strong client management skills, including maintaining strong relationships and organizing client profiles, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 trading environment. Korean language proficiency is preferred, and a passion for crypto with industry experience is highly desired.
The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for users, expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication, identify growth opportunities for clients, assist clients in navigating Flipster’s product offerings, analyze user behavior, track status, uncover hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, manage escalations and follow-up of VIP enquiries, perform administrative record keeping and reporting, and undertake other projects and duties as assigned by management.
