Candidates should have proven success in strategic account management, preferably with global or enterprise clients, and a strong background in sales growth, revenue generation, and client expansion. Exceptional skills in relationship building, stakeholder influence, and solution-oriented communication are required, along with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse teams. A sharp business and financial acumen with a data-driven mindset, combined with being highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and curious, is essential.
The Key Account Director will own the relationship with key global clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion, and identifying and executing upsell opportunities aligned with client goals. They will lead strategic account planning, coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive tailored growth strategies, and collaborate with Client Success, Product, and Revenue teams to deliver end-to-end client value. Responsibilities also include monitoring account performance, reporting on KPIs, proactively mitigating risk, negotiating and renewing contracts, and acting as a trusted advisor and advocate by connecting client feedback to internal roadmaps and innovation.
