Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for master clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships with senior management teams (30%)

Proactively identify and resolve issues in POS system use, providing prompt technical support and coordinating with internal resources (25%)
Provide comprehensive system training and usage guidance, including regular training sessions and product update meetings (10%)
Work closely with product, development, and technical support teams to incorporate client feedback and drive improvements (20%)
Hold regular weekly and monthly meetings with clients to gather and document business and product requirements, ensuring communication to relevant departments for follow-up (20%)
