Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships with key clients in Spain and support their business needs
  • Handle current sponsor activity and new opportunities
  • Onboard and takeover business won by Partnerships
  • Develop communication plans with clients and manage sponsor relationships
  • Manage digital and telemarketing campaigns
  • Analyze, track, and execute digital marketing and direct marketing campaigns
  • Oversee reporting and perform all tasks related to campaign management (internal and external)
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop growth plans
  • Meet with partners, identify their needs, and incorporate insights into sales pitches
  • Support new sales through Partnerships by actively meeting and building connections with potential partners
  • Focus on client retention, persistency, and growth within existing accounts
  • Participate actively in the Telemarketing Revamp Plan to improve portfolio persistency and growth
  • Interact with vendors (fulfillment, digital marketing agency, digital developers, call centers, etc.)
  • Take ownership of client challenges and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure smooth account operations
  • Comply with regulatory and risk management responsibilities, implementing AIG underwriting policies, practices, and procedures
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Implement and manage digital & telemarketing acquisition campaigns with current and new sponsors
  • Support or handle direct marketing programs by any channel to promote customer acquisition or cross-sell of products and services
  • Prepare marketing material for client’s communication
  • Participate in the execution of Partnerships & DDM acquisition plans
