As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, the primary responsibility is to provide initial assistance to customers regarding policies, payments, cancellations, and other inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This includes contacting customers' banks or mortgage providers to obtain necessary details, creating and updating policies for customer review, submitting payments and issuing refunds, and educating customers on policy coverages. Additionally, the role involves assisting with updating forms, policies, procedures, and training materials as needed, and participating in a mandatory 10-week training period.
