Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance LicenseRequired
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) – Preferred
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Empathy towards others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools
  • Comfort navigating multiple tools and windows simultaneously
  • A drive for efficiency and process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Engage with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat.
  • Obtain additional details from customers' banks/mortgage companies.
  • Create and update policies for customer review.
  • Process payments and issue refunds.
  • Educate customers on policies and coverages.
  • Potentially assist with updating forms, policies, procedures, and training materials.

  • Training Period: Mandatory paid 10-week training period.
  • Start Date: Hiring for the May 19, 2025 class.
  • Time Zones: Candidates must reside in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
