Requirements
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment (homeowners and call center experience a plus)
- Prior sales experience (open to previous insurance sales experience if license and CE maintained, or strong sales background from other industries)
- Active P&C licensure within current state of residence
- Outstanding communicator with natural ability to build relationships and gain trust
- Proven track record as a closer, with strong negotiation skills and history of exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Bilingual capabilities
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to understand customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by building strong relationships, applying effective sales techniques, and adding value in every interaction
- Clearly communicate benefits of insurance offerings, address customer questions confidently, and deliver exceptional service
- Leverage company-provided leads to drive sales, follow up consistently, and move customers through the sales funnel to close
- Collaborate with underwriters and customer service reps to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to policy issuance
- Simplify complex insurance jargon and educate customers on coverage options to protect their homes
