Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, with over 15 years of experience in IT operations, strategy, or business operations. A proven track record of implementing successful OKR programs, strong experience in business performance management and metrics, and excellent executive presentation and communication skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority is also required. Bonus points include experience in cybersecurity industry operations, an MBA or relevant advanced degree, OKR Certification, proficiency with OKR platforms like Workboard, and a track record of leading transformation initiatives or experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

The IT Strategy Operations Lead will design and lead the IT organization's OKR program, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role involves orchestrating Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), planning and executing engaging All-Hands meetings, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The lead will also drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practices, build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels, and ensure effective implementation and adoption of strategic pillars and objectives.
