Responsibilities

Support, maintain and protect digital technology and solutions of the MBDA ecosystem
Develop operational support skills across digital information systems and information technology enterprise
Gain experience in operational and service delivery across information technology infrastructure including networks and enterprise applications
Engage in operations and service delivery for enterprise server infrastructure and desktop ecosystem including performance monitoring and capacity management
Develop understanding of ITIL standards, UK government Cyber Security Essentials Plus scheme, and begin to apply them in the workplace
Participate in a 16-month study programme (13 months practical + 3 months End Point Assessment) for Digital Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
Gain experience in Digital Infrastructure, Digital solutions and Operations Management across the directorate
