Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, and ideally have 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing leadership role within the insurance or financial services industry. Demonstrated experience in strategic technology planning and execution, particularly within a complex organization, is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are required, along with the ability to understand and translate business needs into technology solutions.
The IT Customer Engagement Leader will build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, develop a shared technology plan to support business outcomes, and ensure the customer is positioned best on technology and data. They will gather and communicate market research on insurance and technology trends, participate in business strategy development, and act as a mini CIO for assigned business units, ultimately driving technology adoption and innovation to support business growth.
