Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or life sciences
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Prior experience in oncology or tumor-related areas (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs
  • Understand customer (medical) needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Coordinate local “in-house meetings.”
  • Conduct regular visits to HCPs as per the plan
  • Execute marketing strategies outlined by the market manager, targeting appropriate sub-segments and identifying key HCPs
  • Achieve and maintain company standards for visit rates, knowledge levels, skills, behavior, and personal appearance
  • Provide accurate reporting on visit activities within the ETMS system
  • Offer insights on the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials
  • Maintain in-depth product and disease area knowledge
  • Attend training, conferences, and self-study medical literature to enhance professional expertise
  • Share knowledge and experience with team members
  • Manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensuring their proper condition
  • Achieve/exceed regional targets
