Responsibilities

Ensure CVX is presented with all interesting investment opportunities in the market
Create a continuous and high-quality deal flow
Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions
Negotiate term sheets and secure the best investment opportunities for CVX
Present investment opportunities to the investment committee
Run investment processes with partners and close investment rounds
Manage own portfolio and oversee the entire deal journey from sourcing and analyzing business plans to closing investment rounds
