Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and at least 4 years of fund accounting or audit experience with exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, and/or Real Estate funds. A strong understanding of complex fund structures, waterfall calculations, and performance metrics is necessary, along with experience in annual reporting and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance business operations.
The Assistant Manager, Fund Administration will support major decisions regarding team buildout and operational policies. They will define and implement fund administration workflows, identify product development opportunities, and assist in training and managing a team of fund accountants. The role involves interfacing with clients to ensure outstanding service, serving as a technical accounting expert, and reviewing accounting and financial reporting duties to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
