Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in risk capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Natural ability to sell and achieve/exceed revenue targets
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at leadership and board levels
Ability to build collaboration and trust between people, and gain the trust of business leaders
Strong interest in risk capital and startups with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
Natural leadership skills, ideally with experience in leading teams
Fluent Swedish and English
A network within the Swedish startup ecosystem is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategy for the Swedish market
Lead the expansion of CVX in Sweden, including potential acquisitions
Be responsible for the Swedish profit and loss statement and operational business
Build a large and high-quality team of partners (10-15 people)
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team within sales, board work, events, and investments
Identify and attract the best investment opportunities
Drive the entire investment process from prospecting to investment
Represent CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences
Report directly to the CEO
