Global Payroll Specialist

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in international payroll, with a strong focus on Mexico. Demonstrated knowledge of Mexican labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements is essential, as is experience with global payroll systems and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
As an International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing trusted client relationships, overseeing the timely receipt and validation of payroll data, partnering with in-country payroll providers to meet delivery timelines, accurately managing and submitting payroll data, performing reconciliation and validation of payroll data, and managing inquiries from clients and internal teams. You will also contribute to ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and tax regulations, and maintain accurate payroll records.
