Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to lead North America payroll operations. This role is responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and driving process improvements.

The Senior Payroll Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local tax regulations and reporting requirements. This role involves resolving payroll issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and acting as a subject matter expert for payroll best practices and system capabilities. The Senior Payroll Analyst will also support year-end activities, audits, and mentor the Payroll Administrator.
