Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally in a high-growth or complex environment. Prior experience processing payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll systems such as UKG is a plus.
The Senior Payroll Analyst will process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll across multiple states and entities, support and execute payroll changes, including complex pay calculations and adjustments, execute time and attendance processing, review payroll outputs for accuracy, respond to employee inquiries, support payroll tax compliance, assist with payroll audits, reporting, and employment verifications, and support year-end payroll activities. They will also identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency, assist with special projects, process improvements, and documentation, and perform other duties as assigned.
