Requirements

U.S. citizenship (as required by U.S. Government contract)
TS/SCI clearance eligibility (as required by U.S. Government contract)
Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required (additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus)
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration
Strong knowledge of Excel
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Military/Special Operations experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide desk-side training to analysts
Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and make suggestions to Palantir team on use cases to pursue
