Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship (as required by U.S. Government contract)
  • TS/SCI clearance eligibility (as required by U.S. Government contract)
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required (additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus)
  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Military/Special Operations experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
  • Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
  • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
  • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
  • Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and make suggestions to Palantir team on use cases to pursue
