The role requires 7+ years of experience in HPC or cloud support engineering, proven experience managing large-scale Linux clusters and distributed HPC/AI workloads, deep expertise in orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and/or Slurm, strong knowledge of GPU technologies (CUDA, NCCL, MIG, NVLink, GPUDirect RDMA), and skilled in high-throughput networking (InfiniBand, RoCE) and cluster storage solutions.
You'll be part of a specialized team dedicated to Lambda’s most strategic and complex customers, partnering closely with Lambda Engineering and Product teams, and training and mentoring other support engineers.
A strong candidate has 7+ years in HPC or cloud support with customer-facing experience, expertise in managing large-scale Linux clusters, orchestration like Kubernetes/Slurm, GPU technologies, high-throughput networking, and experience leading incident management with clear communication to stakeholders.
